BanG Dream! Fan Favorite Taki Shiina Captivates Social Media Following New Card Reveal and Hilarious Livestream Blunder

Following the latest announcements from the popular multimedia franchise BanG Dream!, character Taki Shiina has taken social media by storm, capturing widespread attention among the fanbase.

The buzz kicked off during "Danran TV," the official livestream for the mobile game BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! (colloquially celebrated among recent project updates), where brand-new details were revealed. It was announced that a new limited-edition SSR card featuring Taki Shiina would be added to the "Nightwalkers of the Twilight" gacha pool. As the gorgeous in-game animations and Halloween-inspired card visuals were unveiled, fans immediately erupted with praise online, with comments such as "She is utterly stunning" and "The perfect blend of cool and adorable."

Adding to the excitement was an amusing technical hiccup that occurred during the broadcast. While the production team scrambled to resolve an unexpected equipment issue, a cue card shown to the cast read: "Taki-san, Watase-san, please keep the conversation going." Seeing both the character's name and her real-life voice actress, Yuzuki Watase, listed side-by-side on the prompt created an unexpectedly surreal moment. Viewers responded with laughter, commenting, "A bizarre collaboration between the character and her voice actress!" and "Kudos to the staff's hilarious quick thinking."

The combination of breathtaking new artwork and the spontaneous charm of live television mishaps propelled Taki Shiina straight to the top of trending topics across social media feeds.
