The suspect remains at large after allegedly striking a teenage boy with a hammer. One day after the attack, authorities are issuing a widespread appeal for information from the public to help locate the fugitive. The incident occurred on the 29th in a quiet residential neighborhood. Takabayashi is accused of repeatedly striking a high school student in the head with a hammer near his residence with the intent to kill.
