According to the announcement, the new stadium will be built in Bokuden-no-Sato Sports Park, located across National Route 51 from Mercari Stadium. This land is owned by Kashima City and other entities, offering advantages such as no need for land acquisition or demolition of existing structures, and a low risk of soil contamination.
