Naruto Uzushio Claims Dramatic Extra-Inning Walk-Off Win at Summer Koshien

On August 9, the first round of the 108th National High School Baseball Championship (Summer Koshien) took place at Hanshin Koshien Stadium, featuring a nail-biting showdown between Tokushima representative Naruto Uzushio and West Tokyo representative Hachioji Jissen. After a fierce battle that went into a 10th-inning tie-breaker, Naruto Uzushio clinched a dramatic 2-1 walk-off victory to advance to the second round.
